1. Delivery Locations
We deliver all across Pakistan:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
• Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
• All other cities and towns nationwide

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
• You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

BuySasta.pk ships through trusted courier services:

• Leopards Courier
• TCS
• Dex

6. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared on your WhatsApp number after dispatch
• You can track your order directly on the courier's website using your tracking number

7. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, courier will attempt delivery 2 more times
• After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to BuySasta.pk
• Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping

8. Damaged in Transit

• If product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 24 hours with photos
• We will arrange a free replacement immediately
